PACE Associate Medical Director (PACE Stockton)

The PACE Associate Medical Director supports the mission, vision and values of Golden Valley Health Centers by providing direction to Central Valley PACE program.  Supports medical delivery of care by providers and ensures the delivery of quality health care services for participants.  Supports and directs Central Valley PACE medically-related committee work.  Oversight of providers, care delivery, enhancing communication, and assisting with provider development to achieve the overall goal of providing excellent patient-centered treatment, care, and services in a team environment.

This position will work at our Central Valley Stockton PACE Center, scheduled Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Compensation: $290,000 - $345,000 Annual Salary; Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance Eligible
