5+ years of experience in food procurement or supply chain
Strong understanding of commodity markets and supply/demand fundamentals
Financial acumen with the ability to link market events to business outcomes
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex strategies clearly
Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
Demonstrated success in managing projects to completion
Knowledge of contract management and resolution processes
Proficiency in Source-to-Pay systems (e.g., SAP, KYOS) and advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to travel up to 10%
