POSITION: Intake Case Manager
SALARY: $24.03 - $29.27 DOE
LOCATION: Keller, WA
Summary:
This positon is responsible for the initial outreach and enrollment of clients referred to the San Poil Treatment Center and will perform case management duties; working with the clinical team to help direct clients to appropriate services that relate to their continuum of care.
Essential Functions:
- Conducts initial introductory overview of treatment process for new clients, in addition to completing client detail intake (pre-screenings, Medicaid eligibility, consents, and intake assessments).
- Conducts aggressive outreach via field, phone and mail for referred and prospective clients.
- Communicates with behavioral health providers and develops positive effective working relationships, promotes effective and efficient utilization of clinical resources.
- Documents actions in the Electronic Health Record.
- Requires knowledge of and sensitivity to American Indian culture.
- Requires an Associates Degree plus 2 years behavioral health related intake, case management, discharge planning, or related experience or Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, social services, or related discipline and minimum of one year behavioral health related experience or experience may be substituted for education.
- Requires eligibility for Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration in Washington State or similar license/registration in any US State or jurisdiction.
- Requires a First Aid and CPR card and maintain credentials and eligibility throughout employment or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
This position is identified as a safety sensitive position and is subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random, and reasonable suspicion drug testing.

If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance. In addition, this position may be subject to pre-employment background clearances. If applicable, these clearances must be maintained throughout employment.
