Job Summary: Performs customer service functions in the clinical office setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for incoming calls.
  • Scheduling of medical and dental appointments.
  • Appointment confirmations (24 hours in advance).
  • Routing of phone messages.
  • Follow up on no-show appointments.
  • Inform patients of past due balance at point of contact.
  • Insurance Verification
  • Collection of co-pays, deductible, and fees.
  • Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function well in stressful situations.
  • Performs other duties as requested assigned. 


Other Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge required

Monday 7:45AM - 4:30PM
Tuesday 7:45AM - 4:30PM
Wednesday 7:45AM - 7:00PM
Thursday 7:45AM - 4:30PM
Friday 7:45AM - 2:00PM
