Actively participate in and support cost reduction, warranty reduction, Six Sigma, internal audit, and other plant initiatives.
Improve safety and ergonomic practices.
Develop, propose, and implement Capital Budget projects.
Review proposed engineering designs for manufacturing feasibility and recommend revisions as necessary to ensure Design for Assembly.
Plan for and support production implementation of new product introductions necessitated by design changes.
Provide daily problem resolution support for production operations.
Keep customers, managers, and peers informed of work progress, activities, problems, or opportunities of which they should be aware
