EVS COORDINATOR/DISPATCHER - FULL TIME DAY SHIFT (25381)

An EVS Coordinator Dispatcher coordinates inpatient bed cleaning requests, manages the movement of patients, equipment, and specimens within the medical center under the supervision of an EVS leader (Director, Asst. Director or Supervisor), to support timely patient flow. This position monitors bed status systems, transport request systems and coordinates a variety of duties related to dispatch, scheduling, and department operations. The role maintains awareness of operations activity, anticipated surges in demand, and staffing availability to adjust priorities in real time.
