The Community Outreach Coordinator supports Bergen New Bridge Medical Center's mission by coordinating community health initiatives across Bergen County and the surrounding areas. This position is responsible for organizing and facilitating mobile health services, outreach programs, and community-based events that improve access to care and promote health education among diverse populations, along with other roles assigned by the Director of Community Health and Business Outreach.
