Pharmacy Operations Manager - Full Time Day Shift (24494)

The Pharmacy Operations Manager is the day-to-day operations manager of the acute medical, behavioral health, addictions treatment, and retail pharmacy operations at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. You will work directly with the Director, Assistant director, and retail pharmacy supervisor to manage pharmacy operations and align pharmacy activities with organizational priorities for quality of care, fiscal responsibility, patient engagement, and business growth. A willingness to learn new systems and continued professional education to effectively serve new service lines is a must. The ability to communicate with pharmacy staff, nurses, physicians, and hospital leaders will lead to successful ingratiation into our management team.
