Job Description

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Photonics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of optics, photonic components, and optical measurement principles.
  • Proficiency with laboratory equipment (optical power meters, lasers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and willingness to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with optical simulation tools or scripting (Python/Matlab).
  • Experience in product development or laboratory research environments.
  • Understanding of calibration or validation concepts.
