We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Receivables Analyst to join our Support Team. This role is responsible for supporting billing operations through quality assurance, training delivery, workforce management support and operational analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
This position plays a key role in ensuring billing quality, enhancing training effectiveness, improving operational processes and supporting overall service excellence for Liberty Agency billing operations.
This is a range posting Grade 11 -13.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with company standards, billing procedures and operational processes.
- Develop and facilitate training programs for new hires and existing team members, including gap training and training enhancements.
- Identify training opportunities and implement targeted initiatives to improve performance and operational consistency.
- Support workforce management activities, including basic intraday scheduling support and staff allocation optimization.
- Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for process improvement.
- Research and resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience and support business objectives.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in billing, receivables, finance operations, training, quality assurance or related fields preferred.
- Working knowledge of insurance operations, billing processes and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, coaching and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems/mainframe applications.
- Experience with reporting tools, process improvement initiatives or workforce management concepts is a plus.
