The Overall Program Lead (OPL) is accountable for the delivery of a complex transformation program. This role translates strategic intent into clear, actionable execution—bringing structure, focus, and momentum to initiatives focused on delivering tangible business outcomes. As the Overall Program Lead, you are accountable for end‑to‑end program delivery, ensuring results are achieved on time, within scope, and on budget.
The OPL is a visible leader of Execution Excellence, modeling disciplined planning, clarity of priorities, data‑driven decision‑making, and radical transparency. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across business, product, and technology to drive outcomes, realize value, and create an environment where teams operate with trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of a complex transformation program, from strategy translation through value realization
- Translate strategic objectives into a clear, integrated delivery roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and outcomes
- Establish and lead strong governance, operating rhythms, and decision forums to enable clarity and speed
- Align and coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams, teams, and partners across business, product, and technology
- Drive disciplined execution, surfacing risks early and enabling timely, data‑driven decisions
- Ensure delivery meets financial, regulatory, risk, and compliance expectations
- Track program quality, progress, and benefits realization, ensuring outcomes deliver meaningful business impact
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, encouraging constructive challenge and reinforcing enterprise decisions

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred; minimum of 8 plus years experience managing large, complex, cross functional programs.
- Demonstrated capability in leading multi workstream initiatives with significant stakeholder complexity.
- Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills; able to translate complex concepts into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage scope, set expectations upward, navigate governance structures, and keep interdependent workstreams aligned.
- Demonstrates a leadership style that builds trust, encourages open dialogue, fosters collaboration, and inspires confidence across extended teams.
