Case Manager - Intensive Case Management

Our court-based case management services work in close partnership with problem-solving courts and judicial stakeholders to promote treatment engagement, community stability, and improved legal and clinical outcomes. As a Case Manager, you play a critical role in providing coordinated, person‑centered services for individuals who are court‑ordered or justice‑involved. The role emphasizes care coordination, court collaboration, documentation, and advocacy to support recovery and reduce further justice system involvement.
