Job Description
Lead and motivate a production crew while maintaining a strong safety culture—ensuring PPE use, safe operations, and reporting unsafe conditions. Use your advanced skills to troubleshoot Mainline, Slitter, and Packaging, while protecting quality through regular QW checks and accurate work orders. Develop the team through pay-for-skills/performance training rotations and leadership requirements, while leading GEMBA daily and documenting key shift updates. Support continuous improvement with 6S corrections, timely safe downs, break coordination, and weekly safety talks with Maintenance and the engineering team.
