Job Description
This role enforces safety standards, procedures, and housekeeping while providing hands-on day-to-day leadership in warehouse operations. It serves as the primary point of contact for AGV support and escalation for warehouse issues, including shortages, inventory discrepancies, equipment problems, and workflow disruptions. It coaches and oversees production forklift drivers and supports shipping to ensure timely, accurate outbound flow aligned with production priorities. It also strengthens inventory accuracy and material traceability while driving continuous improvement in material flow, labor efficiency, and AGV utilization.
