Lead and Train a production crew while maintaining a strong safety culture—ensuring PPE use, safe operations, and reporting unsafe conditions. Use your skills to operate Slitter and Packaging systems, while protecting quality through regular QW checks and accurate work orders. Develop the team through performance training rotations and leadership requirements, while assisting in GEMBA daily and documenting key shift updates. Support continuous improvement with 6S corrections, timely safe downs, break coordination, and weekly safety talks with the team.
