Job Description

Under the direction of the Supervisor of AWC Customer Care, the AWC Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for servicing assigned customer accounts, maintaining customer files, processing orders, and setting up new accounts. They will work with patients and nurses directly to ensure proper management of AWC and Ostomy supplies are maintained and will be responsible for ensuring all patient paperwork is complete and accurate. The required working hours for this role are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Compensation for this role starts at $20.00 per hour. Final pay determination will be based on experience relevant to the position. Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is preferred and may be required for designated incumbents to support Spanish-speaking patients.
