Lead Warehouse Operator

The Lead Warehouse Operator will perform all daily warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, decontamination of received pumps, Pump RGA processing, and local & inter-state deliveries as applicable. As directed by the Warehouse & Facility Supervisor, the Warehouse Operator Lead will also assist in training Warehouse Operators, lead various warehouse projects, provide feedback or input for employee reviews (to the Warehouse & Facility Supervisor), and ensure that team members are performing duties correctly on a day to day basis. The Warehouse Operator Lead will ensure the daily requirements/goals are met.
