Patient Outreach & Care Coordinator

Under the direction of the Supervisor of AWC Customer Care, the Patient Outreach & Care Coordinator is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, maintaining accurate customer records, processing orders, and onboarding new accounts. This role involves direct patient engagement to support the proper management of lymphedema compression devices and ensuring all patient documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.. The required working hours for this role are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Compensation for this role starts at $20.00 per hour. Final pay determination will be based on experience relevant to the position. Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is preferred and may be required for designated incumbents to support Spanish-speaking patients.
