Job Description
The Outreach Housing Specialist supports Day 1 Family Fund’s mission to stabilize families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity by serving as a frontline connector between vulnerable households and essential housing resources. This role focuses on proactive community engagement, direct client support, and coordinated service navigation to help families secure safe, stable, and sustainable housing.
The Outreach Housing Specialist identifies families in need, builds trusting relationships, and guides them through the process of accessing emergency assistance, transitional housing, and long term housing solutions.
