Job Description
We are seeking a driven, execution-focused New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to bridge product design and manufacturability early in development. This role accelerates time-to-market, reduces cost variance, and ensures a smooth transition from concept and prototype builds into full-scale production. The NPI Engineer operates at the intersection of design engineering and manufacturing, owning product industrialization. This role translates design intent into scalable manufacturing processes, identifies risks, drives cost alignment, and ensures production readiness.
This is a hands-on role requiring cross-functional leadership, technical depth, and the ability to independently drive projects from concept through production launch.
