Director - Supply Chain

PLANO OR KILGORE, TX BASED POSITION We are hiring a Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement transformation and supplier strategy in a high-reliability satcom manufacturing environment. This role is anchored to our Kilgore manufacturing operation, with the option to be based in Plano. Candidates located in Plano should expect to maintain a consistent on-site presence in Kilgore (several days per month) to stay closely aligned with operations, supplier execution, and cross-functional teams. You will directly influence cost structure, supplier performance, and operational readiness across a ~$100M spend portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic ownership and execution depth.
