Position Summary The On-Site Program Manager serves as the dedicated, on-site representative for Total Safety at large industrial customer locations. This role provides consistent account ownership, manages all on-site programs, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, operational performance, and sales growth. The OSPM operates with a high degree of independence, making day-to-day decisions to resolve issues, improve service, and support account success. Key Responsibilities
