Why This Role Matters
Claims processing is where coverage becomes real for members. This role sits at the center of daily claims operations — processing accurately, meeting production targets, and making sure clients receive the reliable service they've contracted for. Errors here have downstream consequences; precision and consistency are what make this work matter.
What You'll Actually Do
Process claims accurately and on schedule: Execute daily claims processing activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements.
Meet production and quality targets: Maintain processing velocity and accuracy standards that keep client SLAs on track and operations running smoothly.
Support clients and members directly: Handle inquiries and interactions professionally, providing clear and accurate information to customers, clients, and internal teams.
Flag and escalate issues: Identify processing problems or discrepancies and route them appropriately to keep workflows unblocked.
Qualifications
What You Bring to Our Team
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Technical Skills
- Computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with insurance database systems a plus
