Ready To Keep Client Billing Accurate, Timely, and Built on a Foundation Clients Can Trust?
Why This Role Matters
Billing errors erode client trust fast. This role owns the invoicing cycle end-to-end — from new client setup and rate configuration through monthly billing, renewals, and payment discrepancy resolution. Getting it right means clients stay confident, and the business runs clean.
What You'll Actually Do
Configure new client billing: Set up invoice structures and rate configurations for new clients, ensuring billing is accurate from day one.
Execute monthly invoicing and renewals: Prepare, issue, and distribute invoices electronically on a recurring basis, keeping the billing cycle on schedule.
Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies: Research client invoice inquiries and vendor payment mismatches, identifying root causes and driving resolution.
Maintain client portal profiles: Set up and manage client profiles in the secure portal, and troubleshoot access or configuration issues as they arise.
Support cross-functional billing questions: Serve as a resource for internal teams and external clients on invoicing questions, ensuring accurate information flows in both directions.
Qualifications
What You Bring to Our Team
Education & Experience
- TPA experience preferred but not required
- C1 or C2 English proficiency required
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
