Job Description
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards leads the strategy, design, and execution of compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems to support organizational performance and employee engagement. This role ensures programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives across the U.S. and Canada. The position provides leadership to the Total Rewards function, including direct oversight of the HRIS Manager, Payroll Specialist, and Benefits Specialist, and partners closely with Finance, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
