Overview of Job Responsibilities
- Project Governance
Establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and reporting cadences to ensure consistency across all team initiatives
Define milestones, timelines, dependencies, and ownership
Drive initiatives from planning through execution and completion.
- Roadmap Execution
Partner with Strategy and Planning leaders to translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks
Align business, technical, and vendor teams on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Track progress across implementation workstreams to ensure successful delivery
- Data-Driven Reporting
Maintain the "Single Source of Truth" dashboard
Provide weekly/monthly status reports on project health, budget burn, and resource allocation for leadership reviews
- Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for initiative owners, ensuring they remain on track and that roadblocks are escalated to you before they impact delivery
- Tool Management
Own the administration of project management tools (e.g., Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana), ensuring data integrity and ease of reporting
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
- 5-7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a marketing or tech environment, running cross functional complex global projects
- Strong proficiency in project management software and/or MS Office
- Ability to influence and hold cross-functional partners accountable without direct authority.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
