The Manager, Operational Risk & Resilience positions are a dynamic and impactful role with a broad range of responsibilities. Some of your day-to-day activities may include the below:
- Supporting operational and resilience risk assessments across business processes, systems, data and end‑to‑end value chains
- Assisting business teams to design, uplift and embed practical operational and resilience risk controls
- Supporting registers and due diligence activities for material service providers
- Contributing to model risk activities, including supporting advice on model design, validation and safe use of models (such as algorithms, automation and AI)
- Helping build awareness of risks associated with models that may not operate as intended
- Supporting controls testing teams with validation activities related to models and controls
- Coordinating and supporting regulatory and policy change activities, including impact assessments and implementation support
- Reviewing control design and effectiveness, identifying gaps and supporting remediation actions
- Preparing risk analysis, insights and materials for governance forums and assurance activities
- Supporting consolidation of risk themes, insights and emerging issues
- Partnering with business stakeholders as a trusted first line risk contact, reinforcing ownership and accountability
- Contributing to capability uplift and continuous improvement across the Operational & Resilience Risk COE
