What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Working knowledge of invoice administration and basic accounts payable processes
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented approach to stakeholders and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook calendar management)
- Experience in a multinational or regulated environment
- Background in security/access coordination and vendor management
- Experience in document control, records management, or offsite storage
- Knowledge of financial planning processes is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate office services such maintenance, cleaning, equipment upkeep
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills
- Experience in using office systems and learning new tools
- Fluency in Korean and English language as the role will be liaising with local and global stakeholders
