Job Description

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Working knowledge of invoice administration and basic accounts payable processes
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented approach to stakeholders and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook calendar management)
  • Experience in a multinational or regulated environment
  • Background in security/access coordination and vendor management
  • Experience in document control, records management, or offsite storage
  • Knowledge of financial planning processes is an advantage
  • Ability to coordinate office services such maintenance, cleaning, equipment upkeep
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Experience in using office systems and learning new tools
  • Fluency in Korean and English language as the role will be liaising with local and global stakeholders
