You will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end testing across Ngā Tapuwae initiatives, shaping how quality is delivered at scale
- Creating clear, practical test plans that set delivery up for success
- Partnering closely with business, product and technology teams to stay aligned on priorities and outcomes
- Coordinating testing across teams and partners to keep complex delivery moving smoothly
- Driving high-quality execution across SIT, UAT and beyond, ensuring solutions are ready for customers
- Providing clear, trusted insights on progress, risk and readiness to support confident decisions
- Managing defects and risks with a calm, structured approach that keeps delivery on track
- Embedding a strong customer focus, with accessibility and simplicity front of mind
- Championing automation and modern testing practices to deliver smarter, faster outcomes
- Growing capability across the programme by coaching others and lifting testing maturity
