Associate Director - Property

What will you bring?

To be successful, you will need to enjoy, have skills in and / or the ability to develop the following: 

• Strong experience in Banking/Finance. 
• In-depth knowledge of a broad range of products and services. Demonstrates abilities to structure/tailor value added innovative financial solutions. Ability to balance origination/ business development activity with acceptable risk.
• Financial analysis skills / credit assessment experience.
• Excellent client handling, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Excellent teamwork orientation. Collaborative in style and involving others to reach objectives. 
• A sound understanding of the Property sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of ANZ systems would be well regarded.
