- Business Development experience to build relationships and drive commercial outcomes
- Experience with credit assessment and management
- Ability to plan and prioritise to deliver on customer needs and strategic priorities
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive efficiencies and long-term value
- Strong stakeholder management to anticipate, understand and identify different needs
- A passion for helping business owners thrive
- Proven experience developing new and existing relationships with business owners and external networks
- FSR Tier 2 certificate
- University degree will be well regarded
