About the Role
As a Senior Transaction Banking Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing this purpose to life by partnering with our Business & Private Bank teams to deliver smart, customer led transaction banking solutions for new to bank customers across the SME and D&SI segments. You’ll collaborate closely with relationship teams to design and deliver tailored solutions across payments, cash management and professional services, helping customers run their businesses more efficiently and securely.
In this role, you’ll be a trusted subject matter expert, providing deep insights and practical solutions that meet customer needs today while supporting sustainable growth for the future.
You’ll lead high quality client engagements, including preparing and presenting compelling pitch materials, supporting customer migrations to digital channels, and educating customers on cyber security and digital self service tools. Through strong collaboration and thought leadership, you’ll help elevate the Transaction Banking profile while delivering consistently excellent customer experiences.
