You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding and meeting the needs of current and potential customers through quality conversations.
  • Performing all duties effectively through maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Bank processes, relevant products, and services to
  • Identify the needs of business customers effectively and confidently.
  • Responsibly providing market leading service
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues in branch and across other business units to maintain a broad awareness of other segments business to appropriately refer queries/requests.
  • Taking responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective.
  • Demonstrating living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues
