What will your day look like?

 

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Maximise desk revenue by delivering FX, Interest Rate and Commodity solutions to the target client base.
  • Support franchise revenue growth through effective cross‑selling in partnership with structuring and onshore sales.
  • Actively promote product penetration and cross‑sell across the existing Markets client base.
  • Support execution of the Markets and International Institutional Sales strategy in Asia.
  • Promote strong risk awareness and risk culture, ensuring sound limit management and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with Risk, Credit and Enablement partners to identify, manage and mitigate client and transactional risks.
  • Implement and monitor front‑office controls and deal processes to minimise operational and processing risks.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, while role‑modelling ANZ values and high-performance standards.
