Demonstrate leadership and administrative capabilities in supervising nursing assistants to carry out day to day responsibilities within the national health policy and policy framework of the company.
Supervise housekeeping staff in maintaining a relatively clean environment in accordance with ISO 14001 and WHO protocols.
Carry out post incident investigation tests and report to all stakeholders.
Contribute to health promotion through patient/client education and counselling on identified health needs in accordance with national health and institutional policies.
Demonstrate the ability to incorporate nursing informatics using the available institutional software in the care of patients for easy data generation and analysis.
Demonstrate ability to ensure absolute privacy and security of protected health information during daily hospital operations.
All other tasks assigned by the Senior Nursing Officer.
