Job Description
We are seeking motivated, dependable seasonal high school laborers to support our construction, operations teams, facilities and office during peak season. These position involve hands-on fieldwork assisting in the installation of fiber infrastructure, burying fiber drops post-installation, performing grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming around central offices and fiber huts or office work as needed. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and can work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist construction teams with laying and installing underground fiber optic cables.

Bury fiber drop lines from the main line to customer premises after installations.

Perform general maintenance and landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and cleanup around company facilities.

Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites.

Assist Office staff as needed.

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor.

Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
