Administrator of Residential Services

Job Summary:

The Big Picture:

We are looking for a proven social services leader. You will be in the Island and Snohomish County areas and will oversee a team of dedicated managers all driven by the same goal: providing habilitative support that enables adults with developmental disabilities to live full and meaningful lives in their own homes.

What you'll be doing:

The Administrator is directly responsible for residential operations within DSHS's Region 2 North. Some responsibilities include: fiscal management, service delivery, quality assurance, crisis management, customer service, creating and maintaining employee development plans, and compliance with WACs and contract outcomes. The Administrator is an active participant in SA leadership, helping to set and implement strategy while collaborating with other agency Administrators and service areas.

We are looking for a Full-Time Position in our Residential Service Area

Wage: $60,240 starting salary
Program: 053
Locations: Snohomish County, Island County 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with one year of similar full-time experience working with the ID population, 
  Or 5 years of successful full-time experience working with ID population 
• Documented supervisory experience that promotes effective staff performance
• Seventy-five-hour training certification & annual continuing education certificates for the twelve months prior.
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check

Licensing and Certifications:

• Currently have within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
• Current driver's license, car, and car insurance.
