Ensure moulded components meet product specifications, with accurate counting and labelling
Apply and maintain Quality Assurance procedures in line with BOMs, SOPs, ISO requirements, and approved samples
Ensure daily and weekly production targets are achieved
Monitor critical operational parameters and moulding process monitoring sheets
Minimise material wastage and improve production efficiency
Train, coach, and support team members on the job
Assist with cycle counting and stocktaking activities
Monitor quality through regular material and batch checks
Oversee movement of moulded goods from machines to designated booking areas
Verify boxed quantities against machine counts prior to booking
Book moulded parts into Epicor (E10) when required
Liaise with Maintenance or Shift Management regarding equipment issues
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and WHS compliance
Participate in training as required and assist with additional delegated tasks
