5+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong working knowledge of Java 8+, ORM, Spring Boot, and at least one testing framework (JUnit, Cypress, or similar)
Solid experience with at least one relational database: MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
Proven experience designing scalable microservices architectures
Good understanding of REST APIs, strong debugging skills, and experience with log frameworks such as ELK
Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Angular, including responsive design
Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes is a strong plus
Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar) is a plus
Demonstrated track record of end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software
Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring to peers
Strong background in continuous integration practices and agile methodologies
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
