Maintain regular external presence with customers, contractors, and partners to promote the Ceco brand and drive revenue growth
Drive operational excellence through Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and optimize performance metrics (output, efficiency, downtime, quality, cost) to improve productivity and profitability
Align demand with execution by overseeing order entry, customer service, production planning, and forecasting
Deliver consistent results across safety, quality, delivery, and cost with a strong focus on operational discipline
Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing leadership team in partnership with HR
Build a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement, with visible leadership across all shifts
Develop workforce strategy, including retention, succession planning, and capability building
Partner cross-functionally and with Door Group leadership to align operations with broader business priorities
Support commercial growth and market expansion across millwork, contractors, and OEMs
Identify and scale growth opportunities through operational improvements, process optimization, and customer alignment
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and corporate policies, AADG programs, and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
