Inspect incoming materials and completed doors/frames for defects and spec compliance
Support production with quality checks and issue resolution
Perform final inspections prior to shipment (dimensions, hardware prep, labeling, workmanship)
Complete minor repairs and rework (sanding, touch-up, adjustments)
Assist with NCRs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
Read shop drawings and verify order accuracy
Document inspections and maintain quality records
Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to safely move materials
Other duties as assigned, including housekeeping
