Main Purpose of the Job

We’re looking for a developer to own and scale our WordPress ecosystem (5–10 products), with a strong focus on modern, agentic coding practices.

What can you expect your day to look like?

 

  • Own and scale a portfolio of 5–10 WordPress-based products, ensuring performance, stability, and maintainability
  • Design, develop, and optimize WordPress solutions using modern, agentic (AI-assisted) coding practices
  • Manage the full development lifecycle, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring (GitLab, Jira, Sentry)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, improvements, and integrations
  • Provide secondary support and enhancements for Laravel and ReactJS applications when needed

What do we expect from you?

  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, performance optimization)
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multiple products simultaneously in a structured environment
  • Experience or strong interest in agentic coding and integrating AI tools into development workflows (Cursor, Claude, etc)
  • Working knowledge of Laravel and/or ReactJS as a plus
  • Familiarity with modern development practices and tools (GitLab, CI/CD, Jira, monitoring tools like Sentry)

Salary Range: 5680 - 7100 GEL GROSS
