Job Description

Your Role:

As the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy, performance, and optimization of CEA CAPA’s full B2C marketing funnel—from demand generation and lead acquisition through lifecycle engagement, enrollment readiness, and early student experience. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll oversee integrated growth strategies across paid media, social, search, SEO/GEO/AEO, and lifecycle marketing programs that drive qualified leads, improve conversion, and support enrollment outcomes across CEA CAPA’s global portfolio.

You’ll lead a high-performing growth marketing function while partnering closely with Brand, Web & Martech, Enrollment, and Sales teams to deliver scalable, data-driven customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Funnel Strategy & Growth Marketing

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end B2C marketing funnel from lead generation through enrollment readiness and early student engagement.
  • Develop integrated acquisition and nurture strategies that improve lead quality, conversion, and enrollment outcomes.
  • Drive performance across paid social, organic social, paid search, and lifecycle marketing channels.
  • Lead lifecycle engagement strategies across email, SMS, automation, webinars, outbound engagement, and personalized experiences.
  • Partner with Enrollment and Sales leadership to identify funnel friction points and improve conversion performance.
  • Continuously test and optimize targeting, messaging, creative, and channel strategy to improve ROI and funnel efficiency.

Digital Strategy, Budget & Agency Leadership

  • Own paid digital investment strategy, budget allocation, forecasting, and performance accountability across channels.
  • Lead agency partners and external vendors with clear expectations tied to growth, efficiency, and conversion outcomes.
  • Partner with the Web team to strengthen SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies that improve discoverability and lead flow.
  • Evaluate emerging platforms, technologies, and AI-enabled engagement opportunities to support growth objectives.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve investment efficiency and customer engagement.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Team Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Web & Martech, Enrollment, Sales, and campaign planning teams to deliver integrated marketing experiences.
  • Ensure accurate attribution, reporting integrity, and alignment between acquisition strategy and downstream enrollment performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team across demand generation, paid media, social, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Starting Salary: $175,000

What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation leadership roles.
  • Proven success leading integrated acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategies tied to measurable conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong experience managing paid media investment, forecasting performance, and optimizing funnel efficiency.
  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and managing agency partners.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience operating in CRM-integrated environments.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience in higher education, education abroad, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Background operating in high-consideration or application-based customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with SEO/GEO/AEO optimization strategies.
  • Experience supporting portfolio or multi-product growth strategies.
  • Experience leading lifecycle marketing or AI-enabled engagement initiatives.
