East Coast Golf Management, Inc. (ECGM), is hiring a part-time Golf Course Shuttle Driver at Sea Trail Golf Resort in Sunset Beach, NC!

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly energetic individual to join our team as a Banquet Setup/Server. This role will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests, and caddies around the golf course using a shuttle bus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Safe Transportation:
Operate the shuttle vehicle safely and adhere to traffic laws and course regulations.
- Passenger Service:
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, answering questions, and providing directions.
- Route Adherence:
Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrival and departure at various points on the course.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle, reporting any issues.
- Customer Service:
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service to all passengers.
- Communication:
Communicate effectively with guests, dispatch, and other employees via radio or other means.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- May include tasks like pre-trip inspections, record-keeping, and assisting with minor vehicle maintenance.
- Could involve working in various weather conditions and environments.
- May need to handle basic first aid in case of emergencies.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education/Credentials
Standard education requirements.
Valid North Carolina Driver's License
Experience
Previous driving experience with a vehicle of a similar size

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires moving, driving and lifting regularly.
The Golf Course Shuttle Driver works in a demanding environment. The position requires siting, standing and lifting for extended periods.
The driver works in all properties owned by Sea Trail Golf Resort. Job duties may require daily travel between locations on the property.
During busy events, they are under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently. Hours include late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
