Job Description
The Field Parts Associate supports field service operations by coordinating, delivering, and managing parts and materials required for equipment maintenance and repair. This role ensures parts availability, accuracy, and timely delivery to minimize equipment downtime and support high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and stage parts and materials for field service technicians at job sites and facilities
- Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and supervisors on parts availability
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition before delivery and return
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory, including cores and warranty returns
- Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
- Assist with cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain company vehicles and follow safety and DOT regulations
- Interact professionally with customers and field personnel
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical aptitude and parts knowledge
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer and inventory system skills
- Favorable score on the Systems Sales Associate Test
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in parts, warehouse, or field service support
- Familiarity with industrial or equipment parts
- Forklift or warehouse equipment experience

- Frequent travel to job sites and customer locations
