Job Summary
Provides thought leadership in the rewards domain and ensures business readiness for future challenges by providing expert knowledge to design/localize and implement reward programs. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to continuously improve rewards solutions, programs, and processes to attract and retain talent, with a focus on compensation, benefits, international mobility, performance, and/or recognition.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Designs and develops comprehensive reward programs that align with business goals and employee needs balancing the global programs with the local needs.
• Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of reward programs and proactively makes recommendations for improvements.
• Implements reward programs, ensuring strict compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Uses external insights to thoroughly evaluate competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Collaborates with HR teams to seamlessly integrate reward strategies across the organization.
• Advises management on complex reward-related issues and provides strategic guidance to enhance decision-making.
• Leads local or regional projects related to compensation, benefits, and/or recognition, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on designing and implementing reward strategies.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is highly recommended to ensure expertise in compensation practices and compliance.
