Lead the elicitation and analysis of future-state system requirements using interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, process mapping, use cases, and workflow analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., TR, HR, IT) to define functional and non-functional requirements.
Communicate requirements clearly and produce artifacts such as BRDs, process flow diagrams, configuration workbooks, interface specifications, test cases, and UAT plans.
Identify innovative and scalable solutions that challenge existing assumptions and support business strategic objectives.
Ensures that systems and application designs adhere to the Ball IT Governance standards.
Collaborates with other divisions IT leads as well as other stakeholders to align solution in support of the business’ tactical and strategic plans.
Monitor emerging technologies, SuccessFactors releases, compliance needs, and industry best practices; recommend improvements accordingly.
Work closely with third-party vendors including software providers, implementation partners, and consultants.
Maintain deep knowledge of current and upcoming application functionality, particularly cloud offerings, to meet evolving business needs.
Lead and support testing activities, including defining UAT scope and validating new or updated system configurations.
Partner with strategic solution providers on both small and large-scale programs supporting the HR technology roadmap.
Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation components, including requisition and offer templates, application templates, workflows, business rules, picklists, tasks, and panels to enable efficient recruiting and onboarding processes.
Support integrations with Employee Central and benefits providers.
Mentors other analysts on the team by providing guidance and hands-on solving of complex problems.
