The Technical Director serves as the senior subject matter expert for client-facing technical services, with deep expertise in Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems (OT/ICS). This role leads the development, refinement, and expansion of service offerings, while providing strategic technical guidance to both project delivery and business development teams. Leveraging a strong understanding of client operations, industrial environments, and emerging OT/ICS risks and requirements, the Technical Director advises operations and supports proposal development with credible, market-relevant solutions.
