Minimum of five years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture and application design/development.
Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar role within the Supply Chain Management domain.
Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Proven knowledge and practical experience of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks.
Strong knowledge of Data engineering concepts including Data Integration, Data Architecture, Data modelling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and to propose innovative solutions.
Ability to work independently and deliver multiple projects and support activities with minimal supervision.
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong oral & written communication skills
Fluent in English
Team player with experience working in global environments and distributed teams across multiple time zones
Basic Oracle database and PL/SQL skills (being able to read PL/SQL source code)
Willingness to develop oneself and strong ability to learn fast
Proactive mindset
Strong relationship building skills
