Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on iOS development experience
Proficient in Swift (and Objective-C where required for legacy codebases)
Solid understanding of the iOS SDK, SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM or MVC
Experience with Xcode and version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps
Experience integrating RESTful APIs into iOS applications, including authentication, error handling, and data parsing
Working knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines
Experience with Apple App Store submission processes, TestFlight, app reviews, release management, and deployment
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug, profile, and optimize iOS applications for performance and battery efficiency
Comfortable working in an Agile development environment — sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Strong emotional intelligence and collaboration skills, working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Fluent in English
Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones
